Problems with working out
Working out can be difficult. Especially for us big guys. Sweating, chafing, joints, back, ankles, etc.. And those are just the physical problems. There are many other issues that we as big guys can deal with. Like the emotional and mental side of it. Not finding the motivation, depression, anxiety, self-consciousness, paranoia, etc. I know that a lot of people have dealt with many of these issues in the past. Today, I am going to talk about how you can deal with some of these issues that are preventing people from working out and exercising their bodies. Part one will be focused on the physical part. Part two will be the emotional and mental part.
Chafing and Sweating
As big guys, our body has a lot more skin rubbing on itself. not to mention the insulation and the lack of the skin being able to breathe. Chafing is a bigger issue than people may realize. There are several simple ways to solve this until you lose the weight. One way is compression shorts. Bottoms that hug the skin can keep the legs from rubbing together unwillingly. Another simple way is body powder. Body powder can simultaneously cool, and dry your skin to allow it to be in contact with itself without heat and without friction. Sweating, on the other hand, is actually not a bad thing. It may make you feel uncomfortable, but when you work out or exercise, your bodies sweat is its way of cooling you off. That is why you MUST stay hydrated. We bigger guys tend to sweat more than most. So staying hydrated is key to working efficiently.
Joints and tendons
As larger people, we have more to carry around. This means that there is constantly extra weight on our joints, bones, and muscles. My father has dealt with back pain for years. Part of that is due to musculature, but part of that is also due to just carrying around a little extra weight. He is not obese, but even the smallest amount of extra weight in out midsection can affect our bodies. What I suggest is to focus on doing small exercises in those specific areas to get them stronger. Alter your workout to complement and work around the problems. For instance, if you struggle with knee pains, try doing box squats instead of traditional squats. Back pain? Limit the range of motion in your back workouts or lessen the weight until it gets stronger. Modifying workouts to accommodate your problems is key. Fortunately, the more progress you make, the easier it gets. The more weight you lose and the stronger you get, the less the issues will plague you.
So, Get out there and work out. Even a little! Every little bit helps your body. You just have to be consistent.

Working out daily is the key. start a routine and stay with it but start out slowly and gradually built up to a good level. Thank you for sharing.
